Greetings,
My name is Chris and I’m an illustrator and graphic designer based out of New England.
From as far back as I can remember, I’ve been in love with cartoons, comics and video games. Combine that with a undying desire to doodle.... well - let's just say you have the perfect illustrator origin story.
In short, I'm a nerd at heart. But that's putting it lightly. Amongst my plethora of never-ending nerd knowledge persists a borderline professional penchant for the paranormal. Heh, I guess it's safe to say that at some point I caught the weird bug- and well, since visiting... it's decided to move in, redecorate and even add value to this fine establishment.
Things weren't always this way though. For almost the entirety of my 20s, I tried to "fit in." I took design jobs with generic marketing firms and print shops, only to learn that the people running the former were either hell-bent on extrapolating money unethically from their clients, or that the latter were almost alarmingly aloof when it came to running businesses with any type of professionalism. Regardless, I pushed onward for years trying to figure things out, trying to learn and grow as much as I could. Eventually, fate decided I had other plans - for one day on the way to work, I suffered my first ever panic attack. Long story short, I was sitting at a red light and well, let's just say I was convinced it'd never turn green. Call it too much caffeine, call it too much stress, call it a metaphor for my own career -Either way, one thing was for certain, I couldn't continue on the way I had been. It was time for a change. From there, I decided to commit to going "all in" on my own craft, with no exceptions.

I decided to embrace the strange and unusual that had happily haunted my psyche since my teenage years. Instead of living in the shadows I decided it was time for me to celebrate my supernatural side. So I setup shop with an emphasis on offering work only in my own style. For now, I keep things simple; taking on commissions in the form of merchandise design, packaging and visual identity. But who knows what the future holds!
If you're interested in reaching out to me regarding a potential project or commission, you may do so my contacting me on Instagram by messaging @thatmoonlightdude or sending me an email here. I usually get back to people within a couple days, but if you don't hear from me within that timeframe - fret not! You'll be hearing from me soon!
Now if you'll excuse me - I need to go recharge my social batteries..
Stay Strange!
